Dr Amr is a highly qualified and experienced Anesthetist with experience in Anesthesia, Surgical ICU, and pain management. He holds a Master of Science in Anesthesia, ICU, and Pain Management from the School of Medicine in Cairo, Egypt. In addition to this qualification, he has also completed Part 1 of the European Diploma of Anesthesia (EDAIC). Dr Amr has further completed advanced training in Life Support, Cardiac Life Support, and Immediate Life Support alongside hands-on courses in the ICU settings. He has also been a trainer at the Egyptian Resuscitation Counsel (EGRC), European Resuscitation counsel (ERC), Critical Care Management for COVID-19, and Kasr Al-Aini School of Medicine. Throughout his practice, he has worked in Government Institutions such as the Ministry of Health in Maldives and the Department of Health in Abu Dhabi. Apart from this, he has more than 8 years of clinical experience as a Anesthesiologist in Egypt as well as the Maldives.
