Dr. Uktam Abdullaev completed his basic medical education at Samarkand state medical institute and later specialized in general surgery at Samarkand state medical institute. Dr. Uktam has over 17 years of experience in this field. He worked as a Consultant Surgeon at Doctor Abdul Samad Memorial Hospital and Baa Atoll Hospital.
