Dr. Mohamed Shaneez specializes in Interventional Cardiology with special clinical interest in Comlpex-Higher Risk Indicated Patient (CHIPs) and structural heart interventions.He completed his MBBS from Vardhman Mahavir Medical College and Safdarjung Hospital – New Delhi, India and pursued his MD in Internal Medicine from Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research - Chandigarh, India. After working as a consultant Internal Medicine in IGMH and National Cardiac Centre, he earned his DM in Cardiology at Shahid Gangalal National Heart Centre and Bir Hospital, Nepal. Dr. Shaneez is an experienced and skilled Interventional Cardiologist, with expertise in coronary and peripheral interventions including complex coronary intervention, and has a keen interest in research and strives for the further development of Interventional Cardiology in the Maldives.
