About Dr. Sreejesh Balakrishnan

Dr. Sreejesh Balakrishnan is a highly qualified Nephrologist specialized in the management of complex renal conditions. He is an expert in Transplant Immunology, Hemodialysis-related complications, and Chronic Kidney Disease. With over a decade of specialized experience, he has served across government institutions, teaching hospitals, and prominent multispecialty centers.

Dr. Balakrishnan completed his MD in General Medicine followed by a DM in Nephrology, and holds a DNB (National Board) certification. Currently, he serves as a Senior Consultant at Aster MIMS Hospital, Kozhikode, and remains dedicated to medical education at DMMC Wayanad.
