Ms. Aminath Iasha

Ms. Aminath Iasha is an Accredited Practicing Dieting (APD) registered with Dietitians Australia. She holds a Master of Dietetics degree from Deakin University, Australia, and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Nutrition and Dietetics from Punjab Agricultural University, India.

She has further enhanced her expertise in paediatric dietetics through professional development with the Royal Children’s Hospital. She has worked as a Dietitian at Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH), providing comprehensive nutrition care in various specialties. Her experience also includes clinical placement at Epworth Hospital and food service placement at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in Australia.

She is skilled in conducting comprehensive nutrition assessments, formulating tailored Nutrition Care Plans, providing Medical Nutrition Therapy and Diet Counselling. In addition to her clinical experience, she has collaborated with the National Nutrition Program at the Health Protection Agency (HPA), particularly supporting public health initiatives related to maternal and child nutrition. She has also worked with local NGOs, and international organizations such as WHO, UNICEF. Her contributions include training healthcare workers in early childhood nutrition and supporting the development of the "Minheyo Kaana" recipe book, on nutritious first foods.
