Tree Top Hospital Participates in World No Tobacco Day 2025 Initiatives

Tree Top Hospital participated in the World No Tobacco Day 2025 events, organized by the Health Protection Agency (HPA) last Saturday.

The hospital established an informational booth during the HPA-led event, operating from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. This initiative focused on disseminating tobacco awareness information to the public and providing details on the comprehensive smoking cessation treatments and services available at Tree Top Hospital.

Dr. Shajee, Consultant Psychiatrist at Tree Top Hospital's Department of Psychiatry, engaged with attendees. With experience in addiction treatments gained from working in both India and Australia, Dr. Shajee offered valuable insights into tobacco cessation strategies. The event also incorporated various health awareness activities.

"We are pleased to have participated in World No Tobacco Day," said Dr. Srivatsan Sridhar G, CEO of Tree Top Hospital. "Our involvement in such events is part of our commitment to providing vital health information and contributing to the well-being of the community."

Tree Top Hospital intends to continue its involvement in future community health initiatives.
